Basic training July - August 2020

I wanted to have some easier training for the summer and landed on these two short workouts for the mornings!

Pilates is for the ABS and even if it is short it makes the sweat break out. Try if you don't believe me!


(I just love her accent!  :)  )


For the rest of the days I have something for the upper body. I use my motion bicycle regularly so the legs have some in the morning and on the afternoons I walk a bit.




Water bottles are enough for me!
