Basic training for May - June 2018


Late update, very late . . . .   (but the best thing is that I  h a v e  been doing the wouts)

Pilates with this lady who has guided me some time earlier when we worked virtualy together!




Cardio by Popsuger - tested again but the girlish sound is too much for my old morning mind. . .
