Basic training May - June 2019

This period I will be active even outside home! I continue the weekly ballet session as well as a visit to the gym.

Pilates program is for the intermediate level and the side plank seems to be too much for me so I become some wobbly. When it is time to raise the bottom towards the ceiling I put both hands on the floor for stability. Otherwise it has been ok as instructed!





Cardio alternative is this! Usually this will happen 2-3 times a week.
