Basic training for November - December 2018

This autumn was filled by training mostly basic strength and smoth moves but also figure training inspired by Sebastian Achaval and Roxana Suares!

Two of my training partners joined me for a weekly hour of ballet and the third for a visit at gym!

The following workouts I did alone at home directly in the morning.

Pilates twice a week
